OJT: OJT Basics

OJT Basics

OJT stands for “On-the-Job Training” and is captured by documenting the hours that a student works in a training capacity. Generally, a student’s progress and advancement is dependent upon them accruing a required amount of OJT hours as party of their training and education. These OJT hours will be captured in a student’s work report, usually submitted by either the student or their contractor employer.
