Process Payment Basics

The processing screen under Financials is a simple and efficient way to begin processing membership or dues payments associated with a Local Union or Association Chapter. There are different ways to make a payment associated with either a person or a company. Payments can be made using the Simple, Direct or Advanced methods and in whole or in part.

When any one of the three methods above are selected, Financial > Process Payment > (Simple, Direct, Advanced), the Payment from searchable drop down appears. This drop down allows you to search for either the person or company that is making the current payment.
