Deactivating an Account

When accounts go unused following a system integration, it may be necessary to deactivate the account so that it no longer mixes or shows with relevant data (accounts). To deactivate an account, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Financials > Accounts.
  2. Select the desired account from the table of available accounts.
  3. Select the Actions drop down > Deactivate.
