User Basics
A 'User' is a role developed to allow a person to log into the system. The user can be assigned to a user group to inherit permissions of that group or they can have their own independent permissions. Users can be granted access to system at numerous levels of permissioning based on their related role to the organization. A user account can also be locked to prevent the user from gaining access to the system. Because users are simply 'people' in the system that have had the 'user' role added to their account, users can be found using the quick search box in the right side navigation bar. Users can also be found by navigating to 'Admin > Users' and then found by using the filter tools that are part of this interface.
