Assign an Evaluation Template

 

Assigning an Evaluation by Employer

  1. Select Education. The Students page should load by default.
  2. Use the check boxes to the far-left of each student to designate who you wish to assign the evaluation to.
  3. Select the Actions drop down > Assign Employer Evals.
  4. Use the Template: search field to find and select the template you wish to assign.
  5. Enter the date range for the employers to be evaluated.
  6. Enter the due date for the evaluation.
  7. Select “Send an email notification to existing users” of you desire to alert them to the evaluation via email
  8. When finished, select Assign Evaluations.

 

Assigning an Evaluation to a Group

  1. Select Contacts > Groups.
  2. Click on the row of the group you wish to assign evaluations to.
  3. Once that group is open, use the far-left checkboxes to select the people who you wish to give an evaluation to.
  4. Select the Actions drop down > Assign Employer Evals.
  5. Use the Template: search field to find and select the template you wish to assign.
  6. Enter the date range for the employers to be evaluated.
  7. Enter the due date for the evaluation.
  8. Select “Send an email notification to existing users” of you desire to alert them to the evaluation via email
  9. Select Assign Evaluations.

 

Assigning an Evaluation to a Class

  1. Navigate to Education > Classes.
  2. Click on the row of the class you wish to assign the evaluation to.
  3. Once the class has opened, use the far-left checkboxes to select the students who you wish to give an evaluation to.
  4. Select the Actions drop down > Assign Evals.
  5. Use the Template: search field to find and select the template you wish to assign.
  6. Enter the date range for the students to be evaluated.
  7. Enter the due date for the evaluation.
  8. Select “Send an email notification to existing users” of you desire to alert them to the evaluation via email
  9. Select Assign Evaluations.
